If all you're wanting to do is print on regular paper a few pages...this is a good choice. I needed a simple replacement printer and didn't want to get one of those $100 ones that is bloated with features. All I wanted to do was print a few things off the internet and such. This one you can't beat for the price. I also did not like the installation program because it seemed to add a bunch of junk to my computer I had to remove but it was the cheapest printer I could find. Actually, you don't see these simple printers in the store much any more. Everything has a printer, copier, scanner, fax. I didn't need all that so this one serves its purpose.
