I agree with an earlier commenter who said, "..They [the keys] don't give you good feedback. And there were [sic] noise when I typed..."



The unit is well constructed. But the keys have a 'cheap' feel to them when pressed and they make (for lack of a better description) 'plastic-to-plastic' noise when pressed - something you might expect on a cheaper keypad. Since the unit is all about the keypad, this is a notable drawback. This key action was a disappointment when I plugged it in and started to use it.
