Having problems with the "brains" on this battery. Yes, it holds a charge a lot better than the old OEM battery it replaced.
However, this replacement often does not sense that it is plugged in and should recharge - only a shutdown/restart wakes it up. So I've gone from rebooting my iBook once every several months to needing to reboot it after almost every unplugged session.
