You get conned into thinking the ink money you save makes this printer worth it. Yea, but it stops printing within a year and quality drops off rapidly. The customer service is terrible. Called and was told I had a five minute wait, in five minutes I was told ten minutes more, at ten I told 15. Chat is useless too. They tell you to do the things you already did and then tell you to call their 800 number, see above. Print head has a mean time between failures of about five minutes and they don't tell you how to order a new one.
