I've had these mice for the past few years. In only purchased one, but I'm on my 6th mouse now.
Every 6-12 months, the left mouse button stops working properly, not registering double-clicks anymore.
I've gotten 5 free replacement mice from Microsoft, but they told me today that they will NOT provide anymore replacements on bad replacements.
I have a love / hate relationship with these mice. On the one hand, they are ergonomic and provide plenty of customizations for the various buttons. But the bad design of the button switches makes this a no-go.
The problem already existed with the previous version of that mouse, and Microsoft still hasn't fixed the design.
I will never buy any of these again until MS changes the button design.
