So HP sent me this printer as an exchange after my older one went out. I really didn't want this printer after reading the reviews. I was right. The ink cartridges dried up within a month or two. everything i printed had white strips. to fix this you can do a self clean which uses a lot of ink. so i haven't had one good print and my ink levels are a 1/3 down. its a ink hog. its noisy and big. DON"T BUY HP PRINTERS. they do not support you when you need them
