I've owned and used this inkjet printer for over FIVE YEARS! I just keep popping in new cartridges and getting excellent text and very decent photo printing quality. They're fairly easy on ink and the tanks are still available, so there must be other working printers still out there. (The 3-pack with a pair of black tanks and one color is the most economical.) I wish every other computer or peripheral would perform this well.
